Cancel an order — Right of Withdrawal

Under your statutory right of withdrawal (the EU Consumer Rights Directive and, in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) you have a cooling-off period in which you may cancel a contract of sale concluded at a distance, without giving a reason.

You don’t have to use this exact form, but it’s the easiest way — we’ll email a dated copy to you and our team will be in touch to arrange the return of the goods and your refund.
