Complete Bush and Anti-Roll Bar Upgrades for the Ford Mustang S550

SuperPro offers a full range of suspension products for the latest version of the most iconic muscle car ever made: the Ford Mustang.

Specifically designed to enhance the handling and chassis dynamics of the current S550 model launched in 2015, whether the car is used for day-to-day driving or trackdays. SuperPro’s performance upgrade programme includes: front and rear anti roll bar kits, adjustable links, together with a full set of polyurethane bushes.

Whilst the traditional front-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout is a proven platform for USA-based sports coupés, it does however, leave certain aspects of handling, balance and stability a little to be desired. That’s why, although the latest version of the Ford has only been on the road for less than two years, feedback has revealed that owners are looking for a solution to sharpen up the car’s suspension – even from new.

Consequently, SuperPro’s technical team assessed the Mustang in detail and has designed a range of products that will make driving the it an even more enjoyable and satisfying experience.  All of the SuperPro products directly replace the standard OE fitted items and not only improve how the car feels, but also ensure that the components last a great deal longer than the rubber originals.

As with all of SuperPro’s performance packages, the Mustang product range is available as separate components or as a kit of parts so that, if required, the car’s suspension can be upgraded in stages. This is particularly significant when alterations are made to the ride-height.

To compensate for any changes in geometry, the SuperPro kit includes: front and rear adjustable anti-roll bars and end-link sets to compensate in ride height changes and removal of preload; a strut bar-to-chassis bush kit that allows for caster adjustment; a lower, forward and inner control arm bush kit to minimise toe change under load and a lateral inner and outer camber link bush kit to maximise the tyre contact patch.

Also, in order to improve traction and grip at the rear, a series of bush kits are available. Combined, these minimise wheel hop and axle tramp, - attributes that are of most benefit during acceleration - with no increase in NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) in comparison to the original rubber components.
